Absolutely! Yoga is not about being flexible; it's about becoming more flexible. Our beginner classes are designed for all body types and flexibility levels.
Comfortable clothing that allows movement, a water bottle, and an open mind. We provide yoga mats, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
