FAQs

No, our beginner's curriculum starts with the fundamentals, including basic stances, forms, and conditioning drills. All ages and fitness levels are welcome!
For the first few sessions, comfortable athletic clothing is sufficient. We will advise you on purchasing a traditional uniform (Gi) and any other protective gear later on.
Each belt level typically requires a minimum of 3 months of consistent training, followed by a formal assessment (grading) to ensure proficiency.
