Not at all! Our adult gymnastics program is specifically designed for beginners of all ages. We focus on safe, progressive training regardless of your starting point.
No, flexibility is something we develop through the program. Our training includes specific exercises to safely improve flexibility over time.
Comfortable athletic clothing that allows full range of motion. Avoid loose clothing that could get caught during movements. We train barefoot or in gymnastics shoes.
