Absolutely! Our fitness program is designed for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced athletes. We provide modifications for every exercise and progress at your individual pace.
Comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a towel. We provide all necessary equipment. You might also want to bring a change of clothes for after your workout.
For optimal results, we recommend attending 3-4 sessions per week. However, even 1-2 sessions weekly will produce noticeable improvements in strength, energy, and overall well-being within a few weeks.
