Absolutely! Effective self-defense relies more on technique, leverage, and targeting vulnerable areas than brute strength. Our techniques are designed to work regardless of your size or strength level.
Our self-defense program focuses on practical techniques and scenario training, not competitive sparring. All practice is controlled and supervised to ensure safety. Participation in any physical contact is always optional.
Comfortable athletic clothing that allows free movement. Avoid jewelry and wear closed-toe shoes. We'll provide any necessary protective equipment.
